Activation is immediate: as soon as the proposal is confirmed, staff are assigned and go into operation. In the days leading up to the start date we complete the team's induction. Once in operation, the supervisor and operations manager are on site to fine-tune the service and formally introduce themselves to interested residents or staff who approach the guardhouse or post.
Yes. All our staff go through a selection process that includes a police background check, work reference checks, and prior training before being assigned to any post.
We work with 6- or 12-month service contracts, with automatic renewal. If you need to cancel or modify the service, we just ask for 30 days' notice.
